I'm an entertainment technician with a Diploma in Live Production, Theatre and Events. I currently work as a Senior Technician at Encore Event Technologies, after five years as Head of Lighting & Systems Technician at Cairns Performing Arts Centre, plus theatre, circus, cruise ship and pyrotechnics work.
I'm especially drawn to technical system design and integration, timecode and show control systems, and the operations and logistics that keep a production running. On the side I build small apps as a hobby.

Each app started as a scratch for a real itch: PawBuddy for pet care at home, Venue OS for venue operations, and Crew Bar for keeping cruise ship friends connected across contracts.
